The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a great variety. The checkout process was efficient, which I appreciate.

The room temperature control was a little tricky. It seemed limited in its range. I would have preferred a bit more flexibility.

i found a good selection of cereals, fruit, and yoghurts each morning. the granola was a nice touch. a buffet-style full english breakfast was available and i saw vegan sausages offered. there was also a selection of pastries, waffles and sliced bread for toast.

The room was quite warm, and the air conditioning cut out after about 30 seconds. I wish it worked better.

The location was good for walking into the city! it is close enough to everything. I could walk to places easily. it is not too central, so i wasn't kept awake by nightlife. this made it convenient for exploring.

Excellent Stay Near AO Arena!

The location was great! I was able to easily walk to the train station plus shopping areas. Breakfast included freshly made waffles, AMAZING!!! The gym had a good range of cardio and weights, with complimentary towels and a water machine.

Smart functions were turned off on the TV, I didn't manage to fix that. The bed wasn't especially comfortable either.

great selection helpful staff convenient location

I liked that breakfast had a great selection. Staff were very helpful with directions, which I appreciated. The location was convenient, it made it easy to access shopping centers and the train station.

The underground parking had height restrictions , made parking our van a bit tricky.
